Maryville University’s Kids Rock Cancer is an innovative program that helps children manage the unique emotional challenges caused by cancer or blood-related disorders—whether they or a loved one have been diagnosed. Through Kids Rock Cancer, a board-certified music therapist works with children, as well as their loved ones, to help bring joy through the healing power of music. Sessions are provided at no cost through generous support from individuals, foundations and other organizations.
The Kids Rock Cancer benefit concert is the program’s signature event each year. Join Kids Rock Cancer on Wednesday, May 8, for a special Mother’s Day Tribute Concert, “Mom’s Playlist,” featuring St. Louis’ own Brian Owens! Bring the special women in your life for an evening of soulful sounds in support of a great cause—to keep the music playing for children and their families throughout St. Louis.
Sponsorships and special VIP packages are available. Purchase tickets here.
Please join Kids Rock Cancer for a special “moms” evening you won’t forget!
