Policies and Procedures

Maryville University will follow the University Sexual Harassment Policy for all allegations that fall within the scope of that policy. All allegations of discrimination and harassment involving employees, students, or third-party respondents based on protected categories, not covered by the University Sexual Harassment Policy, will be handled by the Policy Against Discrimination, Harassment and Retaliation. Should the reported matter fall outside a protected category or the scope of OIEC the complaint will be forwarded to the appropriate department for review.
